The Stein Institute for Research on Aging is proud to offer our evidence-based Resilience Intervention, developed to enhance resilience, wisdom, compassion and self-compassion in older adults. Rooted in a decade of research, this manualized program equips individuals with practical tools to strengthen resilience, manage stress, and maintain a sense of purpose—key components of healthy aging.
